We have raw land (no house or structures) in Summerville Ga, that will be mostly used for camping, and we need someone who lives in the area to manage it.
It's primarily for personal use, but at some point we may open it to other campers.
We'll need you to go up there and check for trash or take the can to the street, check to see if any trees have fallen, make sure no animals have deceased on the camping pad, etc.
We'll also need you to occasionally meet with vendors who have been hired for projects like land clearing, chopping wood, spraying weed killer, etc.
Hours will vary as needed, but starting out could be 1 - 10 hours per week.
If you currently work in land services or have experience in clearing, building things, chopping wood, excavating, grading, etc and you're looking for some projects to do, this could be a great fit for you.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
