Experience in real estate preferred.
Required skills:
Strong working knowledge of legal office procedures Excellent typing skills (50 wpm+) with experience using dictation/transcription equipment a plus Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal Great organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with Softpro real estate software preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with banks, realtors and clients for setting up closings Drafting loan documents for real estate closings and coordinating closings Preparing closing packages Preparing title commitments and title proformas Communicating with clients to obtain necessary information and updating them regarding status of closings Handling post-closing matters including preparing title policies, disbursement of funds and recordings Processing court filings Managing clients' needs Independently organize and manage files Coordinate in-person and electronic filing of pleadings/documents Perform other duties as required Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
