Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls, transfer to correct departments, and log customer leads Provide administrative support to the office staff Utilize Google Suite for various tasks Handle a large volume of calls Stock and clean office and kitchen areas as needed Check Post Office when needed for mail.
Experience:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred Proficiency in using Google Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed Note:
